Not that I know this from first hand knowledge, but I’m guessing persistence pays off when it comes to “The Game”. I was always the timid guy around the girls that got way too dejected when I got shot down by one. I would crawl back into my hole immediately afterwards, sob in the corner, and re-emerge a couple of months later, only to repeat the cycle. It was a vicious cycle of pathetic-ness . . . uh yea, patheticness is not a word, but I think you get what I mean. Anyways, I hear guys with confidence and thick skin that are persistent, get results.
On a side note and based on my own experience, I think just not being afraid to be yourself works wonders. You’ll find some one who’ll like you for you. Ah, I was feeling preachy.

I have to say I REALLY enjoy your comic! I have been a big web comic reader for the last 10 years and it becomes increasingly difficult to find a quality comic that is actually funny

lol, that’s a pretty harsh penalty for getting it wrong. But I’m going with the fool that follows. He would be doubly foolish in that case. Foolish for failing to recognize a fool and doubly foolish for walking the same path.
